In 2009, we will complete our transition to Property Ware (PW) to manage residential and commercial rental assets,
PW will provide a Tenant Portal for direct reporting of problems, accessing their balance and paying the rent.
PW will provide an Owner Portal for access to their data on demand and for direct communication with the staff.
This future investment should be timed well to support increased activity in real estate sales in Hawaii.
